                                                      SCHOOL BOARD COMPLETES INVESTIGATION
PERRY, FLORIDA: An internal investigation of misconduct has been completed by the Taylor County School Board, according to Danny Lundy, Board Chair. “When the Board learned of the serious allegations against the former superintendent, the Board took action and initiated the investigation.” He continued, “the Board hired an independent investigator who could evaluate all of the information to determine if there was any merit to the complaint.”
An investigative report has been released by the District and the Board acknowledged the report at its special meeting on November 9, 2021. Lundy indicated, “the Board has addressed this issue in a fair and transparent manner. This has been a difficult process for everyone involved. Now that the investigation has concluded, the Board looks forward to fulfilling its duties to the students of Taylor County.”

Former superintendent, Danny Glover, Jr. resigned on October 8, 2021.
