Book Vending Machine Project

Mrs. Blue a teacher at Taylor County Primary School (TCPS) has created a DonorsChoose project  (DonorsChoose is a nonprofit organization that allows individuals and businesses to donate to projects for classrooms and schools) to help fund a Book Vending Machine for Taylor County Primary School. This Book Vending Machine will allow all of our students to purchase books with gold tokens they have earned through reaching positive behavior goals, reading goals, work ethic, good character, etc.  TCPS  feels that this will be a powerful tool to motivate students to be the very best they can be both academically and behaviorally.  In addition it is TCPS's view that these books will foster a love of reading and lifelong commitment to learning.  "This is a very big project and we know it will take the support of the entire community to bring it to fruition. We would appreciate any and all donations we can get to help us acquire a Book Vending Machine for Taylor County Primary School," said Mrs. Kelli Brannen, Principal at TCPS.
