Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a School Board Attorney
Minimum qualifications:
- Active member of the Florida Bar Association
- Juris Doctor from an ABA- Accredited law school
- Five (5) years of active law practice
- Office located within a reasonable distance of Perry, Florida
- No current conflict of interest with the School Board or District

ON OR BEFORE October 16, 2026 AT NOON- Faxed or late submissions will not be considered.
The Taylor County School Board is requesting qualifications from firms interested in providing legal services on all legal matters in connection with the operation of the board. A copy of the board-approved Request for Qualifications is attached.
Submittals must be received by noon on October 16, 2026.
The Board will select firms to be invited to appear before the board on November 3, 2026, and will consider such applicants before making its final decision on November 17, 2026.
